Yes, we now offer members the ability to change/set their own pin number. To change your debit card pin number please call (800) 992-3808.

For security, the credit union does not know the PIN for any card, and is not able to change your pin number for you.

You can activate your debit card by calling the provided number listed on the sticker on the front of your debit card when you receive it in the mail.

Yes. Paper checks are available for purchase. Contact us for more details on style and pricing. We do not automatically order checks for members who open a new checking account unless requested.

Accidental death and dismemberment insurance or AD&D is a product that is offered by Minnesota Life by virtue of you being a member of the credit union. The insurance is billed quarterly from your account. If the funds are not available, the account will be charged an NSF fee. The premium amount is based on the needs of the member and is approved by the member. The credit union cannot make changes to the policy itself since the credit union is not the issuer. In order to make changes or to cancel the policy you will need to contact the insurance company directly at 1-877-607-4376.

Once a loan is paid in full the payroll deduction does not automatically stop. Not every member wants the payroll to stop so it continues until we are notified by the member to stop it. The notification must come from the payroll deduction form located on our website.
